Lab Testing

Our basic lab offering is available to all our patients and is sufficient for most. You will have access to detailed labs on your metabolic health, cardiovascular health, blood counts, electrolytes, liver and kidney health, thyroid health, sex hormones, core micronutrients, and basic inflammatory markers.

Our advanced lab offering builds on the basic lab testing with access to additional hormone testing, more in-depth cardiovascular testing, and introduces brain health testing options.

Our comprehensive lab offering builds on the prior testing by offering access to labs for sensitivities, allergies, autoimmune conditions, infections, toxins, specialized micronutrient deficiencies, advanced hormone assays, and biological aging clocks.

Medications

Our basic medication offering is available to all our patients and is curated to provide a “Top 10” of medications for preventive and proactive health needs.
All ten of these medications have been around for decades. Each is incredibly well-studied and found to improve health in multiple ways. Each is also remarkably safe, generally well tolerated, affordable, and accessible.

This offering adds access to over 100 additional medications. Collectively, these address the vast majority of patient health needs.
All these medications have been available for at least a decade, are well-studied, and are known to be safe, effective, and generally well-tolerated. Most are also affordable and widely accessible.

This offering provides access to treatments that are newer, less studied, and subject to ongoing debates among healthcare professionals. As a result, all such prescriptions require careful consideration, in-depth discussion, and close monitoring.
These medications include newer GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, longevity medications, and compounded medications.

Screening and Testing

Our basic screenings and testings are available to all patients and cost-effective while still being sufficient for most longevity and performance needs. Assessments of body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, atherosclerosis, and obstructive sleep apnea are available.
We will provide the necessary medical orders and can direct you to preferred locations that have been vetted for quality and cost. We can also offer a secondary interpretation of any screenings and tests you already have done.

This offering builds on the basic testing with access to additional insights into real-time glucose levels, cardiovascular anatomy, and liquid biopsies for cancer screening.
These tests are excellent options but are not always helpful. We can work with you to focus on what will actually meet your personalized needs since these tests tend to be expensive and can end up causing unnecessary stress.

This offering builds on the basic and advanced offerings with access to genomic testing, AI-enhanced cardiovascular plaque interpretation, and use of MRI to screen for cancer.
These tests must be carefully considered before being ordered. The tests are all expensive, and findings are not always actionable or useful. We can carefully review the risks and benefits of each of these tests and also review the options for where and how to get each test done.
